Chestnuts

Add about 8 pounds of chestnuts that need to be cleaned and frozen. What happens if I find more popinki or sheep's head?

More Mushrooms

Found an abundance of popinki (honey mushrooms) and aborted entolomas. Looks like more mushroom cleaning and drying.

Hens

We found an onion bag and a half of sheep's head mushrooms. These bags hold 40 pounds of onions and they were heavy but we didn't weight them. Looks like a week of mushroom cleaning and drying.

Mythbusters

Never wash mushrooms; they're like sponges and will soak up water. We all know what mushrooms are grown in, right? Sometimes a paper towel or brush isn't enough to clean them. You can wash them. Depends on the type of mushroom.
