Gary Lincoff will present, “The Mushrooms of Penn’s Woods West.” Tom Volk will be presenting a slide show and talk. on "My favorite edible mushrooms" “Habitat & Seasonality, the where when and why of mushroom fruiting.”will be presented by Walt Sturgeon. Matt Foltz talk will be "Fungal nutrition: what's on the menu for your favorite fungus?"

EXPERT MYCOLOGISTS

Featured speaker will be Gary Lincoff, author of the Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Mushrooms. Gary is the nation's best know mushroom expert. He is past president of the North American Mycological Association (NAMA). Gary Lincoff will give a slide show, talk He will also autograph his new book The Complete Mushroom Hunter: An Illustrated Guide to Finding, Harvesting, and Enjoying Wild Mushrooms.

Special guest mycologist, Walt Sturgeon, is one of the nation’s premier mycologist and photographer. Walt is a must have at the major NAMA and NEMF Forays. Mr. Sturgeon is a past First Vice President of NAMA and past president of the Ohio Mushroom Society. He will present a slide show and talk and help with identification.

Special guest mycologist, Tom Volk, teaches Mycology and Biology at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Volk is an expert on morels, sulfur shelf, stump mushrooms, polypores and many others. Tom will be presenting a slide show and talk and help with identification.

Special guest mycologist, Matthew Foltz is an avid mushroom hunter and a passionate student of mycology. Originally from Michigan, he was an active member of the Michigan Mushroom Hunters Club. For the past two years Matthew has been working towards his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he studies mycology with Dr. Tom Volk. Matt was a very diligent hard worker at last year’s NAMA foray.
